Journalist graduated from ESPM with over nine years of experience in corporate communications, specializing in reputation management, crisis communications, media relations, and strategic positioning. Throughout my career, I have worked with leading national and international organizations, including Hospital Sírio-Libanês, Camargo Corrêa, YPÊ, Renner, Nestlé, Danone Brasil, Gerdau, Livelo, InterCement, Makro, Galderma, Atvos, Globo International, Localiza, CERC, and BYD, developing communication strategies across diverse industries and complex business environments. Passionate about building strong brands and meaningful relationships, I have led high-impact projects involving reputation management, crisis response, executive positioning, and sensitive corporate situations such as judicial recovery processes. After nearly a decade at FSB Comunicação, where I most recently served as Communications Coordinator leading BYD's communications in Brazil, I co-founded Ferzelli Boutique de Comunicação, a consultancy dedicated to helping companies and leaders build credibility, strengthen reputations, and tell their stories through tailored communication strategies, media relations, and thought leadership.
