Oversee SUD and Mental health facilities/operations in Florida, Texas, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania. Manage and direct leadership staff (CEO, Clinical Operation Directors, Director of Nursing, Business Operations Director…etc). Create environment of care that produces excellent clinical and business outcomes coupled with leadership and employee retention.

Oversaw and managed 120 bed in patient residential treatment center along with 5 intensive outpatient programs throughout California. Achieved budgeted financial objectives along with implementing operating cost controls in the areas of staffing, supplies, and purchased services. Managed and developed employees through appropriate management practices resulting in positive work environment and committed high performing employees. Directly supervised leadership team members, contributing to the development of and participation in corporate-wide strategic planning efforts and maintaining good communication with corporate office in areas where periodic reporting of results is requested.

Primary responsibility was leading and integrating new businesses into a growing behavioral healthcare system. Other responsibilities included leading transitional initiative for incoming/distressed assets, integrating new acquisitions, implementing compliance frameworks and helping to drive growth for the overall enterprise. I also provided oversight/training of leadership staff, operations, budgets, and executive recruitment to acquired facilities and existing facilities within our system that had leadership gaps.

•Assessed, developed, and implemented clinical treatment plan for individual clients in coordination with clinical treatment team at all of Promises facilities. •Communicated with family, outside therapists, referral sources, and key people involved with clients treatment to coordinate successful outcome of all stages of clients treatment planning.

•Conducted assessments and individual sessions with clients in relation to addiction, anxiety and depression. •Co-facilitated weekly sex addiction group for men.

•Collaborated with Elements Leadership Team in the development and maintenance of communication/ organizational systems to ensure effective departmental and inter-departmental communication and information dissemination after Promises was acquired by Elements. •Developed annual budget in conjunction with Elements CEO and CFO for Promises Treatment Centers. •Oversaw and maintained administrative, program development, curriculum development and program augmentation.

•Oversaw all components of clinical and program operations for all levels of care and all Malibu facilities. •Directly supervised Malibu senior leadership team, operations director, and admissions directors. In addition, operated all clinical/program operations for all levels of care at all WLA Promises facilities.

•Responsible for direct clinical component and facilitated clinical/ residential interface. •Facilitated organization-wide quality improvement and program development. Supervises counselors, residential supervisor, office manager, transportation coordinator/court liaison, outpatient counselor, family therapist, TQI/CARF administrator, RN and all independent group facilitators. •Oversaw the coordination and operation of program policies and procedures, designing and developing and modifying, as necessary, overall program parameters at WLA residential, day treatment, IOP, and three sober living homes.

•Assessed, developed, and implemented clinical treatment plan for individual clients in coordination with clinical treatment team. •Communicated with family, outside therapist, referral source, and key people involved with clients treatment. Facilitated residential and IOP groups on a weekly basis.
