Ngan Tran Nguyen Bao

I am a recent Business Administration graduate from the University of Economics and Law, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City, with a strong passion for marketing and brand management. With hands-on experience as a Sales Marketing Intern at Eurofins Assurance Vietnam and as the co-founder of LemonThrift, an online secondhand fashion shop, I have developed a deep understanding of customer engagement, marketing strategy, and project management. At LemonThrift, I successfully managed the entire process from product selection and pricing to customer care and order fulfillment, which resulted in 100 orders within the first half month and 10/10 customer feedback on product and service quality. This experience not only honed my marketing skills but also ignited my passion for creating and growing brands. I am highly detail-oriented, a fast learner, and dedicated to my work. I am currently expanding my marketing knowledge through courses in content marketing and social media marketing at QCC Mastery Hub.
