At Delhi International Cargo Terminal working on CCLS/ VNVCS Terminal Operation System. To carry out rail Operations and Empty Yard management as per direction of railway and Empty yard Incharge. To be responsible for all updation of data entry into the system. To be responsible for ensuring proper filing of documents on regular basis. To ensure checking of the containers for their condition at the time of arrival/dispatch and endorsing damage if any. Same is to be intimated to EXIM Incharge immediately before entry/exit. To check the Excise/Agents seal is intact for Import and Export Containers, if damaged same to be reported to EXIM Incharge before entry/exit. To check and ensure Containers should be fit for stuffing from inside as per customers’ requirements. To maintain close communication with Rail operation dept and transport dept for smooth operation and movement of containers and vehicles during operation. To adhere to standard weighing norms as per Indian Railway for containers loading on Wagon. To ensure balanced Containers loading of TEUs on a wagon and rake loading as per Indian Railway Norms. To ensure additional technical checks need to carried out for Refer Container as per SOP. To check the Refer containers Temperature is normal or any deviation if found same to be reported to EXIM Incharge before entry/exit. To ensure all operations under him to be carried out compiling with all Safety and Security Norms. To prepare and submit all daily and periodic report as per requirements to Reporting Senior. To carry out additional responsibilities assigned, if any.
