Accreditation of Ismayilli Vocational Education Center: - Analyzing data in the self-assessment report and the documents attached to it in accordance with the “Rules for Accreditation of Education Institutions” - Clarifying the information provided in the self-assessment report on site or remotely - Evaluating the compliance of the content of education and the level of specialist training with the requirements of state education standards; - Preparing the final report.

Within "Strengthening capacities for quality assurance and credit transfer in Vocational Education and Training (VET) in Azerbaijan” project: - Developing vocational map for the Automotive and Tourism sectors and conducting focus group discussions with industry experts; - Organizing trainings on Quality Assurance and Credit Transfer in vocational education institutions

Within "Strengthenıng Instıtutıonal Capacıtıes of the Agency for Qualıty Assurance in Educatıon in Azerbaıjan": - Implementing pilot accreditation at 1 Secondary Specialized (college) Institution; - Implementing pilot accreditation at 2 Vocational Education Institutions; - Preparing reports after pilot accreditations.

Consultancy Services to Support VET in Azerbaijan within “VET for the future: development of VET providers’ excellence in Azerbaijan” project funded by the European Union and implemented by UNDP: - Developing curricula and teachings materials and further capacity building trainings; - Developing 29 competency-based curricula and syllabuses based on OSs and QSs on AzNQF level 3, 4, 5 (High VE, Technical VE, Short-term courses); - Adapting teaching/learning materials to the competency-based curriculum structure; - Quality assurance of Teaching and Learning materials based on competency-based curricula; - Conducting trainings for teachers, instructors on development and application of CB curricula; - Conducting training on development of syllabuses.

“EU Support to Lankaran-Astara Economic Region of Azerbaijan” project benefited by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan: - Capacity Building - Improving Data Collection, Processing, Analysis and Reporting Capacities: - Development of Training Package for six districts; - Conducting two day trainings on regional economic development for government officials in the six districts of Lankaran Economics region of Azerbaijan; - Preparation of final report for trainings delivered in six regions

EU-funded “Support to the Implementation of the National Qualifications Framework in Azerbaijan” project benefited by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan; - Researching labor market for 24 occupations on AzNQF level 3-7; - Developing occupational and qualification standards on 24 qualifications; - Conducting validations with employers and stakeholders for 24 occupational and qualification standards; - Developing curricula based on 24 occupational and qualification standards and validation with relevant persons; - Conducting trainings related to the preparation and implementation of curricula at the various education institutions; - Quality assurance of teaching and learning materials based on 12 pilot curricula; - Conducting trainings for teachers on the application of curricula and training materials in pilot education institutions; - Evaluating and monitoring the implementation of pilot programs; - Developing Curriculum-Based Assessment Standards for specific competencies (for 24 qualifications (3-7 levels of the AzNQF)); - Conducting trainings on development of assessment standards; - Organizing meetings and consultations with stakeholders; - Organizing trainings on non-formal and informal learning (VNFIL); - Determining (quality assurance) questions related to VNFIL on two specialties (Hairdresser and Cook);

Study and internship in the framework of a comprehensive Human Capacity Development program, "International Leadership Programme (ILT), Master Trainer in TVET" developed by GIZ Regional Program on Private Sector Development jointly with GIZ’s Academy for International Cooperation (AIZ) and its Centre for Competence Development in TVET / UNEVOC Centre Magdeburg with the involvement of the Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg, Germany Within this program knowledge and skills I obtained: ̶ German vocational education and structure; ̶ Dual vocational education and training system (TVET); ̶ The connection between work and education processes; ̶ Designing work process-oriented education in vocational training; ̶ Development and updating of curricula in vocational education; ̶ Work process and competence orientation in vocational education; ̶ Quality assurance in the development of vocational education modules; ̶ International comparative TVET; ̶ Professional training for teachers. Visits and internship: 6 weeks long internship at HdBA and meetings with relevant organizations and gained detailed information about the education system in Germany, especially the Dual System; ̶ Visited employment centers, observed and learned about their operations; ̶ Studied the German labor market, vocational orientation; ̶ Visit to the BIBB (Dual VET System); ̶ Employment Agency in Ludwigshafen; ̶ IAB / Institute for Employment and Occupational Research in Nuremberg; ̶ Chamber of Crafts Vocational Training Center in Mannheim; ̶ Vocational Center in Heidelberg; ̶ Mosel in Bernkastel PTM (Management System in TVET Schools in Germany); ̶ Hochwald FrieslandCampina Germany GmbH, Cologne (Organization of the Dual System); ̶ Federal Ministry of Education and Research, Bonn (Career Management). At the end of the program, based on my research, I developed the Transfer Project: Development of a Competency-Based Curriculum and Its Guidelines Based on Occupational and Qualification Standards
