*Applying Preventive Maintenace Plan for equipment "Inspection, preparation, conditioning monitoring, Lubrication &greasing and planning". 1.Inspection: Accomplish and review Check Lists and Preventive maintenance schedules For All equipment 2. preparation: Revieing all spares throw Manufacturing manuals and catalogues "Bruckner and Atlas and Kampf ,etc.". 3.Conditioning monitoring: Audit the vibration analysis data and review the results with outsource Contractor who send us a monthly report about status of main rotational equipment 4. Lubrication &greasing: Follow up lubrication and greasing for all machines in plant and follow up the machines condition. 5.Planning: Prepare schedule shutdown plans for machines by MS project program. *Manage and follow-up team of Mechanic Engineers, Mechanic Foremen & technicians and Utilities technicians. *Review spare parts Stocks and Reorder Point for All Warehouse Items and prepare the annual spare part budget plan. *Review our Projects with outsourcing contractors and follow up workshop Fabrications. *Working on SAP Program for Maintenace Workflow and purchase requisitions. *Review maintenance Work orders and execution process for equipments *Apply Lean Project for Production Lines and 5S on the equipment, the workshops and Utilities “On Standard of ISO, AIB,BRC”. *Prepare Mechanical Maintenance Budget Plan for CAPEX and OPEX Spare parts and Upgrades projects.

*Accomplish and review Check Lists and Preventive maintenance schedules For All equipment’s (chains – all Belt Conveyors - gearboxes and Drums – Screws - grinders … Etc.) *Follow up lubrication and greasing for all machines in plant and follow up the machines condition. *Manage and follow-up team of Mechanic Foremen and technicians and Utilities technicians. *Review spare parts in co-ordination with Procurement Engineers for the annual spare part budget plan. *Review our Projects with outsourcing contractors and Follow up workshop Fabrications. *Working on ORACLE Program for purchase requisitions. *Audit the work order flow begin inspection department throw preparation department till the executive department in “FIX –CMMS” program. *Prepare schedule shutdown plans for machines by MS project program. *Audit the vibration analysis data and sent monthly report about status of rotational equipment. *Apply Lean Project and 5S on the equipment, the workshops and Utilities. *Follow up the new modifications at the production line.

*Excute all mechanical tasks for cement mills , clinker & gypsum extraction area " "belt conveyor & filters " and hammer crusher. *Manage and follow-up team of mechanic Foremen and technicians. *Accomplish inspection reports like (mill liners wear – chain wear for weight feeder –chain bucket elevator – belt bucket elevator – all Clinker and gypsum Belt Conveyors … Etc. ) *Follow up lubrication for all machines in plant and take oil samples for analysis to follow up the machines condition. *Audit the vibration analysis data and sent monthly report about status of rotational equipments. *Prepare schedule shutdown plans for machines by MS project program and review all tasks. *Audit the work order flow begin inspection department throw preparation department till the excution department. *Provide the technical assistance for the mechanical maintenance department.
