Tulib Hotel: Complete construction of a hospitality facility. Almaza Park: Construction of recreational and public service buildings, including a mall and a garage (11,000 m²). Senior Leaders Club & Strategic Leadership Complex: Delivery of the Curved Bridge, Social Building (4200 m²), and supporting infrastructure. O-West Project – 6th of October City: Residential buildings with multiple floors. Stoda Project: Administrative building (3200 m²) completed in Cairo. Cairo Gate Compound – Sheikh Zayed City: Construction of a mosque and associated civil works. Military Treaty Mosque – New Capital: Design and construction of a major mosque facility. 90 Avenue Compound – New Cairo: Construction of three residential towers, each with 10 floors. My work has consistently delivered complex, multi-discipline projects on time and within budget, with a strong focus on structural integrity, coordination, and operational excellence. As Project Manager at SAPAC (Saudi Pan Kingdom Company), I led the execution of major infrastructure and foundation projects across Saudi Arabia for over a decade. I managed the construction of the Second Ring Road in Jeddah (Group 9), including 15 km of highway, 3 full cloverleaf interchanges, 18 box and pipe culverts, and electrical works. I also supervised the rehabilitation of 70 km of the International Coastal Road No. 5 in Yanbu–Sharma–Madina region, which involved the demolition of 10 bridges, reconstruction using large box culverts, and the extension of 56 culverts and 14 U-turns. I was responsible for establishing and managing SAPAC’s Deep Foundation Division, where I oversaw the procurement of piling equipment, training of personnel, and implementation of static pile load tests and integrity testing. Under my leadership, we executed large-scale piling works for critical infrastructure including: 1560 piles for Eastern Ring Road in Yanbu 560 piles for Jeddah–Jizan Coastal Road interchanges 128 piles each at Hada Al Shaam (Group 21) and Al Amir Fawaz (Group 5) interchanges 320 piles at Hefof–Mobararz Bridge in Al Ahsa, including soil remediation in collaboration with municipal engineers Additionally, I managed the Doubling of Yanbu–Al Nakhal Road (60 km), which included 3 wadi bridges, culvert extensions, and converting bridges to box culverts to optimize costs. I handled all project scheduling, progress tracking, stakeholder reporting, and variation orders. Throughout this period, I demonstrated strong leadership in planning, coordination, foundation engineering, and delivery of complex road and bridge projects, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and compliance with Ministry of Transportation requirements

Bridge & Piling Engineer.
Saudi Arabia
Worked as a Bridge and Piling Engineer on major infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia, delivering bridge construction, deep foundation works, and roadway development. Played a key role in the Doubling of Jeddah–Jizan Coastal Road (420 km), which included the construction of 4 major concrete bridges. Oversaw precast prestressed girder fabrication, cast-in-place decks, and deep piling operations with over 1500 bored piles (1000–1200 mm diameter, up to 35m deep) using 3 piling rigs. Directed dewatering, foundation preparation, pile load tests (kentledge method), and integrity testing. Coordinated with the Ministry of Transportation to address geotechnical inconsistencies. Also served as a Site Engineer on the Ghamed Al Zenad Agricultural Road (24.6 km), involving culverts, slope protection, and Irish crossings. Prepared shop drawings, bar bending schedules, and handled quantity take-offs and running bills. Additionally, managed infrastructure maintenance on 500 km of roads and 176 bridges in the Al Baha Region, performing slope protection works, overlay asphalt, shotcrete, gabion installation, and bridge rehabilitation. Submitted technical reports on bridge conditions and provided engineering proposals for demolition, repair, or full reconstruction.
