* Sales Tasks: * Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (e.g., filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, and copying). * Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders). * Answer guest questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, special events). * Prepare and review written documents (e.g., daily logs, business letters, memoranda, reports). * Handle Business Trips Procedure (Flight Tickets, Reports, Appointments & Data Base). * Monitor Attendance for the office. * Marketing Communications Tasks: * Handle Social Media Channels & respond on online guest reviews. * Respond to all daily general media inquiries via email, phone, and/or written correspondence.

* Answer phones and be ready for unexpected customer’s requests. * Sell products according to the policy of the company and thereby place orders in the computer system. * Provide customers with rich data and services information. * Given certain conditions, transferring customer calls to staff members. * Identify customer issues with the help of the computer. * Follow up customer inquiries & complaints which are not solved on time. * Participate on coaching activities meant to enhance professionalism.
