Avinash Londhe, PhD

Hi, a postdoc at Stanford University driven by curiosity and a love for translational science. Over the years, I’ve worked across India, Spain, Australia, and now the US, diving deep into redox biology, metabolism, virology, and cardiovascular research. I’m especially drawn to questions that sit at the edge of biology and real-world impact. My work has been published in journals like Nature Chemical Biology and Science Signaling, but what I’m most proud of is building and managing labs, mentoring students, and helping shape ideas into action. I care about science that moves, whether it’s moving knowledge forward, improving health, or opening doors for others. Outside the lab, you’ll find me reading everything from philosophy to astrophysics, playing table tennis, or wrestling with big ideas over coffee.
