* Planning. Scheduling, monitoring & control of installation job sites. * Monitoring and scheduling a team of sub-contractors, supervisors, adjusters, technicians and subcontractors for timely completion of projects. * Scheduling and monitoring D.E.T.’S training. * Provides Quality products and services, output on any job performed. * Identifies customer requirements and meets the commitments on schedule. * Study of Layout drawings * Inspection of Materials. * Utilizing maximum efficiency of manpower to give maximum productivity. * Study of scope of work between customer and the company. * Coordination with sales, factory, Govt. Authorities (PWD) and the customer. * Planning of material dispatch to construction sites as per customer’s requirement. * Follow up with the customer for final collection of payment. * Attending regular meetings at customer’s end and preparation of BAR Chart for every project and following the same for timely and quality completion of a job.

* Worked on assigned route comprising of conventional controllers, Microprocessor based controller, VVVF (open & closed loop) control systems also looked after Service, Minor Repairs, Trouble shooting, Adjustments, Breakdown & carry out Preventive Maintenance of the elevators and escalators. * Co-coordinating with Field Engineering for changes as per clients requirements or as per traffic requirements like commercial, residential, etc * Attend meetings with customers regarding Service matters and to generate Sales. * Conduct quality & safety audits and pre-maintenance hand-over inspections.
