Have worked in Penetrated Category like Detergent, Personal wash, Beverages to a Niche category like Newspaper Circulation, Pet Food, Nutrition Bars distribution. Have handled big Business of around 360 cr p.a with a 15k Numeric distribution along with 72+ manpower to a start up business from scrap to a 20 cr p.a with selected weighted distribution with a lean team. Both type of business are 2 sides of the same coin and have their unique strengths - some focus on gaining market share, some focus on establishing a New Category - both Product cycle & Category cycle I have experienced & worked upon with has yielded results and that is the strength which differentiate me. Through this course of journey from a Jr Executive to a Leadership role - have made me expertise in Channel Understanding, Route to Market strategy , Key Account Management, Shopper decision making tree , Customer marketing and relationship building - which I value. With this I am focus on developing young talents and help them make use of technology to sustainable Business solution.
