In-house legal counsel for The First Church of Christ, Scientist, The Christian Science Monitor newspaper, The Christian Science Publishing Society, and The Mary Baker Eddy Library. One of four attorneys in the Office of the General Counsel. Practice areas included intellectual property, contracts, immigration, corporate, taxation, and privacy law. Regularly researched current and proposed statutes, laws and cases for possible impact on client department’s actions, decisions, and policies. Prepared detailed legal memoranda to senior attorneys and client departments regarding changes of law and assessing the impact of changes. Worked closely with client departments on legal matters and support achievement of business goals. Consulted with the client department in guarding against legal risks. Assisted Waste Cleanup Attorney from the Northeast District Office. Drafted Notices of Violation, cover letters of Restrictive Covenants to the Department's Office of the General Counsel, Requests for Additional Information, and other legal documents as needed. Conducted legal research on exceptions for imposing successor liability, and law related to waste cleanup enforcement.

Interviewed clients at the Duval County Jail and at the Duval Regional Juvenile Detention Center. Documented meetings with all clients and provided client summaries to attorneys. Drafted motions to suppress evidence, conducted legal research, made phone calls to clients and witnesses, and accompanied attorneys to court.

Civil litigation associate focused on Personal Injury Protection (PIP) cases.
