Responsible for managing an educational program for transitioning soldiers from Fort Polk, LA. This program was the first of its kind with higher education, the military and business and industry working together for training. First and second cohorts successfully passed all required weld test - ASME Structural weld test. Supported the development of course curriculum and syllabus to conform to Bechtel welding standards – this includes, and is not limited to: Development of daily lesson plans, training program (classroom and lab training), course material, content, program structure, test tracking and standards.
