Process improvement (PI) of finance and accounting function for a leading client in the Finance and Wealth Management Sector. Handled MIS revamping and customer categorization using data analytics in a carve-out project.

• Responsible for section’s production, planning and control. o Handled section comprising of 11 Management staffs and 68 operatives. o Preparation of production plan to meet requirements of internal customers. o Production order confirmation in SAP (PP module), month end Stock reconciliation. o Dynamic management of critical spare inventory- revision as per demand requirement in SAP. o Daily monitoring of production parameters – Quantity, Rejection, Quality, OEE. • Inventory control and reduction • Carried out sectional TPM activities o Responsible for Autonomous maintenance of the section. o Kaizen implementation for improvement in safety, quality, productivity, machine uptime etc. • Introduction of new product/ technology o Productionization of new resources after user trials and necessary modifications to OEM designs, raising output to rated capacity. o Established process and manufacturing facility for new product (VRLA motor cycle Battery), product development and productionization. o Conducted batch production, field trial. Formulated DOEs & monitored performance in coordination with R&D & Project team. o Prepared SOP, Control plan, Process Instruction & FMEA and released line for mass production. • Cost reduction by indigenization o Led the project for indigenization of non-critical high value consumables and spares by vendor selection, vendor trials and implementation. • Steering committee member for best of world practices- vision 2025 initiative in plant o Milestone creation for implementation of 5-s activities. o Implementation of Industry 4.0 activities in the production line. o Established maximum cooperation among workmen through standard communication, inclusion (Small Group Activities) and R&R. • Ensured compliance to system standards – ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001. • Initiatives for cost saving projects and improvement of OEE, process and machine capability.
