I have the overall responsibility for all categories within Swix soft goods. This position includes responsibility of the whole process from the idea stage to the warehouse arrival of bulk production. Product development, negotiations, concept building and marketing strategies are key elements in addition to financial aspects like margins and OPEX. The team I am managing consists of 2 designers/developers and three coordinators in addition to a team in the USA helping out with order placement and monitoring. I am also a part of the management group for the Sport division.
