Employee Relations (ER) & Industrial Relations (IR) • Conflict Resolution: Act as a key advisor on employee grievances and disciplinary matters, providing policy-driven guidance to business units to maintain a productive and harmonious work environment. • Offboarding Management: Oversee the end-to-end separation process (resignations, terminations, and retirements), including conducting Exit Interviews to identify turnover trends and provide actionable retention insights. Talent Acquisition & Development • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring pipeline, from sourcing to the formulation of competitive compensation proposals and employment contracts. • L&D & Benefits: Support the administration of training programs (L&D) and Compensation & Benefits frameworks to enhance employee growth and satisfaction. HR Operations • Operational Oversight: Supervise daily HR department operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across all administrative functions.

-Involved in preparing the Labour Market Statistic under Bank Negara Malaysia (Quarterly) and ORION Report under Risk Management Department (monthly) -Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department -Overseeing the employee's resignation/termination/retirement/contract expiry processes -Conducting exit interviews to identify the reason for resignation -Administering all the hiring processes of new employees (comp proposal, Letter of Employment etc) -Background Screening Check (BNM requirement/CTOS) -To assist in the administration of training, compensation & benefits -Involved in any employee grievances, provide guidance and advice to the business units on company’s procedures and policies to ensure, maintain and promote harmonious environment
