• Worked alongside the product manager to ensure the product development process • Contacted the suppliers in Asia for the buying session • Requested quotation of the products from the suppliers • Negotiated with the suppliers for the price and date of shipment. • Managed any commercial issues with the warehouse, import service and suppliers. • Validated the samples to ensure the comformity requested by the product manager • Verified any import documents such as Letter of credit, Proforma invoice and Packing list • Created the product sheet and the order in the system  • Follow up with suppliers, warehouse and import service to ensure the shipment at the stores • Supported Bouchara internal teams including e-commerce, marketing and retails

• Assisted buying managers during the buying session in showrooms and tradeshows: Tranoï, Who’s next, 1ère classe… • Updated the follow-up table on buying quantities, budget and delivery date • Contacted brands and suppliers regarding order confirmation, restocking and delivery of products and in case of missing information as needed • Uploaded product information into the system Colombus • Coordinated with brands and suppliers for product trainings in store • Prepared weekly sell-out report for buying managers • Managed in-store defective products and after-sales services • Managed the product return at the end of the season • Collaborated with brands to organize sales period • Support the e-commerce team for look book and storytelling of the brands • Participated in the organization of press days
