Attend client weekly project progress review meeting. Prepare Daily Progress Report. Prepare Weekly Progress Report. Prepare Monthly Progress Report. Prepare project major material sheet and status. Prepare and implement Project monitoring system for effective project monitoring. Coordinate with all departments regarding job schedules, constraints, material deliveries, Client requirements. Coordinating with Engineering Department for the required Engineering information for the project. Monitoring the progress of work to ensure timely completion of project. Analyzing the movement of the project and reporting to the seniors. Identify the reasons of delay. Update and extract two weeks look ahead from client master schedule of the project. Time to time follow up for delivery of all project related major materials such as anchor bolts, Rebar, Formwork, Scaffolding, Generator, Panel Boards etc.
