* Assist Sales Team Facilitating Orders to include Purchase Orders and tracking of any or all subcontract processes * Make Customer Service calls providing status updates on open orders * Purchase Raw Materials for inventory * Coordinate logistics for local and out of state deliveries and pick ups * Assist Quality Manager checking incoming material test reports for compliance with our internal material specifications * File, Organize and Maintain yearly invoice log for the entire sales team * Providing Sales Quotes for incoming customer inquiries * Assist in coordinating and executing for corporate events

* Maintain a Master List of External Documents * Monitor revision control of internal documents and specifications * Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 and API Q1 * Process material test records and certificates of compliance * Organize and maintain supplier quality documentation * Assist in tracking supplier certifications * Close all customer orders when complete * Knowledge in AccuPoint Software (Interlink) * Knowledge in JobBoss Software * Assist Quality Control Manager for special projects * Assist the Quality Control Department with yearly internal audits
