I am a seasoned Procurement and Contracts Management leader with over 20 years’ experience in the construction and renewable sector, I have worked for different organisations, i.e Government, SOC [Eskom] and I am currently working for an Independent Power Producer ,serving as Head of Procurement driving strategic sourcing, commercial optimisation, and supplier performance within complex, projects for Wind and Solar. I lead a high-performing team of 8 people responsible for the end-to-end procurement lifecycle across construction, operations, and maintenance services within the energy sector. My role goes beyond transactional procurement as I operate at a strategic level, aligning procurement and contracting strategies with broader business objectives to deliver value, mitigate risk, and enable long-term sustainability. I bring strong expertise in contracts management, including contract structuring, negotiation, administration, and governance across large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects. I have successfully managed high-value supplier and contractor relationships, ensuring commercial integrity, compliance, and performance delivery throughout the contract lifecycle. My leadership style is grounded in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
