Ensure proper functioning of restrooms, wash areas, and water tanks. Maintain records of water consumption, maintenance schedules, and service reports. General Facility Support: Respond to maintenance requests and breakdowns to minimize downtime. Ensure safety standards are followed in all maintenance activities. Participate in energy-saving initiatives and recommend system improvements. Assist in preparing maintenance reports, material requests, and job orders. Support other trades when necessary (electrical, civil, or mechanical).
