SAUDI ARAMCO/ SEC Project Transformer Testing*: Performed comprehensive testing on Power transformers up to 500 MVA, including C&DF, Excitation current test, SC impedance, SFRA, TTR and winding resistance tests etc, to guarantee performance and safety. Reactor Testing*: Successfully tested a 150 MVAR and 200 MVAR reactor for a SEC project, verifying operational efficiency and compliance with technical standards.S

Role & responsibilities: Proficient in performing routine tests on Power Transformer ratings from 5 MVA Upto 150 MVA. Operated and maintained a variety of test equipments. Perform the following test on Power Transformers: Insulation Resistance Test, Ratio test, Magnetic balance test, Tan delta test, OC & SC test and perform High voltage test. Maintain test schedules as per customer demands. Ensure all test equipment is calibrated and up to date. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Analyze data to determine compliance with test standards, recorded data, wrote reports And processed paperwork timely and accurately. Experience in commissioning /erection of Power Transformers at sites. Handle maintenance activities inside the factory. • Monitor production operations and adjust schedules or processes to meet production goals. • Resolve production issues in a timely and efficient manner. • Resolves personnel problems by analysing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending action.

Proficient in performing routine tests on GIS & AIS products with ratings ranging from 66kv to 420kv Current Transformers (CT). Following tests are performed as mentioned below: 1. test on CT's bare core conductor by using CT analyzer 2. Secondary winding resistance test 3. Knee point voltage & OVIT test. 4. Power frequency withstand test ( LV & HV) 5. Megger test 6. Creating the test report

Coordinated materials delivery and organization to maintain smooth flow of work. proficiently supervise site and oversee electrical project. Identified specific cables, fuses and circuit breakers required for assigned installations. Performed maintenance procedures and repairs on existing electrical products and systems. Checked work quality and compliance with design specifications.
