▪️ Participated as the company’s representative in multiple Government-Government Coordination Council Delegations. ▪️ Spearheaded all aspects of evaluating new investment opportunities and presented this information to the company’s CEO and executive management committee. ▪️ Led several cross-functional teams to evaluate international gas investment opportunities (Upstream E&P, Gas to Power, FLNG, LNG, & Cross-Border Pipelines) ▪️ Leveraged my expertise to meticulously evaluate and assess multiple giga projects concurrently, each presenting different levels of complexity, yielding a comprehensive and optimized project portfolio. ▪️ Served as the company’s Head of Commercial & Negotiation delegation responsible for organizing and conducting technical, commercial, deal structuring, and legal due diligence, as well as companies & countries risk assessment for multi-billion-dollar USD projects in North America, Africa, Middle East, Central Asia. ▪️ Analyzed various international fiscal contracts for upstream gas projects (production sharing agreements “PSAs,” Service Agreements, etc.) and synthesized information for company executives with robust economics & commercial valuation. ▪️ Successfully targeted potential international gas investment opportunities and negotiated agreements and contract terms and conditions.

▪️ Prepared a 10-year capital program for Unconventional Resources Exploration & Development, performing economic analysis and evaluations of the Kingdom's future gas supply cost, demonstrating my expertise in forecasting and long-term planning. ▪️ Evaluated production sharing agreements and cross-border gas pipelines and presenting results to H.E. Mr. Ali Al-Naimi, the Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources for Saudi Arabia, demonstrating my ability to communicate complex information to high-level stakeholders. ▪️ Conducted economic valuation of various multi-billion-dollar gas field development projects, monetizing gas discoveries for Upstream JV between Saudi Aramco and several international companies (Shell, Lukoil, Sinopec), demonstrating my ability to drive revenue growth for the company. ▪️ Participated with the Saudi Aramco and Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources negotiation teams, providing commercial, risk, and legal valuation and insights that proved to be pivotal and essential, demonstrating my expertise in negotiations and stakeholder management. ▪️ Worked with the Accelerated Transformation Program "ATP" - Unconventional Gas Initiative, performing economic analysis for Unconventional Resources Exploration and Development, showcasing my ability to work across different departments and functional areas. ▪️ Updated the Kingdom's gas strategy study and evaluating drilling rig economics (buy vs. lease) to drive decisions regarding buying versus leasing, demonstrating my ability to drive strategic decision-making.
