I've been working at Eurofast for the past 16 years, initially as the Group Internal Auditor from the Cyprus office, subsequently as the Country Manager and later on as Director, responsible for the General management of the office in Greece and the Payroll and Employment Division for the whole Group. In September 2021 I had the honour to be promoted to Deputy CEO and from November 2022 as Group CEO. My current role involves overseeing the strategic and operational direction of the organization and exercising managerial responsibility for Eurofast’s operations. During the abovementioned period I had the chance firstly to grow as a person but mostly as a professional by developing further my interpersonal and technical skills and enhancing my knowledge in the specific industry. I've paired my business experience with an Executive MBA at the University of Cyprus during 2011-2013 with a main focus on Strategy, Leadership and Service Excellence. I am highly motivated and fully committed with strong project management and analytical skills. Demonstrated leadership strengths and proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment with critical deadlines. I am well organised and working well independently as well as collaboratively in a team spirit. Well versed in strategy and proven ability to implement practical and innovative solutions to problems.
