- Leading organizational development, strategic planning, and daily operations of DiXi Group, a prominent Ukrainian think tank specializing in energy policy, governance, and transparency. - Designed and managed 15+ high-impact projects (2010–2016), focused on regulatory reform, market transparency, and alignment with the Energy Community Treaty and EU–Ukraine Association Agreement. - Developed and maintained strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including Ukrainian ministries, international donors (USAID, EU, World Bank, IFC), and civil society. - Regularly contribute to flagship publications, including Ukraine’s annual energy sector monitoring reports since 2011. - Represent DiXi Group at national and international conferences, high-level policy events, and expert consultations. - Oversaw successful implementation of donor-funded projects, applying international standards in project design, procurement, M&E, and risk management. - Built a sustainable project pipeline aligned with DiXi Group’s strategic priorities, advancing energy security and EU integration.

Project management in the analytical centre working in the sphere of energy policy. My responsibilities cover organizing pipeline of projects, planning, coordination of contractors, preparing contracts, institutional building, preparing project proposals, budgeting project actions, communication with partners, donors and sponsors, visualizations of studies, contributing to monitoring, analysis and research.

Running one of the leading sector media that provides a broad outlook on Ukrainian energy sector and bringing insight of the European, US and regional energy policies and developments. "Ukrainian Energy" (www.ua-energy.org) is a project of DiXi Group, and working as a mass-media outlet in energy field. It has more than 600 visitors per day, and provides news and analysis of Ukrainian energy sector policy. Besides publication of DiXi Group's products, it also publishes analytical papers and researches of other partner think tanks in energy field. "UE" journalists also lead a website of "Energy Reforms" coalition, which was created as coalition of experts to advocate reforms in energy sector in accordance with Energy Community Treaty (www.enref.org). Website is publishing all news and events of the coalition members, announce public consultations etc.

As short term World Bank consultant was responsible for preparation of the high level policy event and launch of the Ukraine's 1st EITI report. The work included overview of the general preparation process (including monitoring and evaluation), communication with key stakeholders and speakers, media support and assistance, coordination of contractors

Responsible for media monitoring, identification and analysis of trends and tendencies, international policy issues, preparation of positions and background information, arranging online communication, community outreach.

Responsible for implementation of the Responsive government project focused on issues on transparent energy governance; monitoring of news and publications, indentification and analysis of trends and tendencies, development of project ideas in the energy sector, building up UA-Energy.org web site, arranging of events and media outreach.

As news reporter of the All-Ukrainian radio station, was responsible for preparation of news items on political, social and economic issues, including identification of the topic, interviews of key stakeholders, gathering comments, providing extensive background, producing of news items for regular radio news.

Research on the topic of political accountability. Majored in European Studies.
