My role was to manage & deliver L2L3 releases toward Ericsson Smart Service Router (SSR). • Performed internal audit to ensure ISO standard, transformed the team from waterfall to agile. • Saved $3M by transitioning work force to offshore development center. • Introduced and completed equipment transfer from San Jose CA to low cost locations, resolved limited floor space & HVAC concerns, also saving $3M CAPEX. • Delivered multiple complex successful projects which enabled millions of end-users and new customer contracts that worth $10M+ USD. • Deployed Ericsson IP products in 100+ operators worldwide.

As Senior QA Project Manager, the primary goal was to integrate the unit and also to ensure quality products to customers. • Improved project efficiency by introducing various tools and processes for product development and testing. • Enabled 4-weeks periodic delivery to customers. • Deployed Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) within the organization. • Successfully reduced 20% engineering cost with enhanced SLA (Service Level Agreement). • Successfully reduced another 20% engineering cost by introducing Ericsson Croatia Office and third party Vendor.

The Common Component R&D developed common component for the use of Ericsson radio access equipment such as RNC, MSC, SGSN. The primary responsibility of the role was to deliver and sustain software and hardware components to other Ericsson products. • Led internal and external engineering team for feature development & product sustaining. • Drove a new product from its infancy to development and deployment phase. • Defined and setup software patch delivery content and schedule. • Interfaced and coordinated between software, hardware, and factory engineers. • Improved manufacture yield rate to 99.5%. * Transferred sustaining engineering to Asia.

This position was to drive CDMA RBS (Radio Base Station) deployment and provide technical Tier-1 and Tier-2 support. • Deployed over 30,000 Ericsson CDMA RBS worldwide. • Specialized in field RF/wireless troubleshooting • Successfully introduced TDI Power UPS (Uninterruptable Power Supply), resolved service outage caused by power blackout in China. • Performed No Fault Found (NFF) analysis to resolve high number of hardware return to repair center, identified root cause of power supply failure, initiated manufacture recall and improved return rate to less than 5%. • Worked with manufacture to drive field issues based on return data such as MTBF and MTBR. Identified root cause and drive resolution with engineering team. * Transferred CDMA RBS development to Beijing R&D.
