As President, EMEA at Cochlear, I lead one of the world’s most diverse and complex regions, working with teams, clinicians, governments, and partners to expand access to implantable hearing solutions. Our mission is simple but profound: helping more people hear and be heard. Throughout my career, I have focused on building high performing teams, scaling businesses in highly regulated markets, and driving growth through innovation, partnership, and purpose. I am particularly passionate about reframing hearing loss as a right, not a privilege, and ensuring adults and seniors are not left to suffer in silence when effective solutions exist. Prior to my current role, I served as Cochlear's President of Asia Pacific and Latin America, and held senior leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson and other global healthcare organisations. I also serve on the Board of Operation Smile Australia, supporting access to facial surgical care for children in the developing world. I believe the next decade in healthcare will be shaped by bold decisions made today and I am motivated by work that delivers both commercial success and meaningful human impact.
