Roles & responsibilities: • Supplier development through Eaton key processes such as DMR, Supplier Site Assessment, PPAP etc. • Identify the waste/non-value-added activities in the process and optimize them by collaborating with the Digital team. • Leading process improvements initiatives (BPI/CIF/Kaizen) by using Eaton Lean Six Sigma • Identify, investigate, and Resolve Supplier Technical and/or System issues related to product or process realization to have effective DMR closures. • Analyses Supplier Issues and uses statistical and analytical tools for Supplier Improvement. • Anticipate customer requirements and provide customer-centric solutions. • Work as a co-coordinator between suppliers and internal functions/plants (Engineering, Plants, Operations, etc.) to clarify requirements, eliminate confusion, and improve 8D closure lead time. • Monitor and communicate supplier performance of all key suppliers. • Lead training of staff (suppliers and Eaton SDE) on supplier development procedures, processes, and work instructions.

Key Accomplishments: Team Leader: COPQ Cost avoidance of 53k USD through SSGB project by 96% supplier DPPM and 50% DMR reduction. CI Practitioner- Appreciated for productivity saving of 190 hours by DMR application modifications. Lean Practitioner- Productivity saving of 846 hours annually through DMR Live PBI dashboard, eliminates the motion waste in the DMR process.

• Contributed significantly to the success of the Inclusion and Diversity council 2019 and 2020. • Acted as the spoke person for the council and won the Best Engagement in Inclusion and Diversity Council Award in 2019. Key Initiatives taken: • Chai Pe Charcha (Conversation Over Tea) to promote inclusion in workplace. • Planning and execution of International Women's Day celebration and hosted the event. • Christmas celebration by decorating the work place. • Flash mob. • Independence day celebration. • Networking sessions. • Fun games.

Key Accomplishments: Efficient: Supplier (DBA Premier Service, External DC) PPM improvement by 98% and DMR reduction by 95% through continuous improvement at Electrical PSD. Engagement- Received award “Best engagement in Inclusion and Diversity Council 2019” Problem Solver- Resolved the delay in the RTV issue through a systemic approach.

As President of Eaton Toastmasters Club, I led a diverse group of professionals in developing communication and leadership skills through engaging meetings, workshops, and events. My responsibilities included overseeing club operations, facilitating meetings, mentoring members, and fostering a supportive environment for personal growth and development. Under my leadership, the club achieved multiples recognition. Through this experience, I honed my leadership, communication, and organizational abilities, while contributing to the professional and personal development of our members.

Roles & responsibilities: • Lead the RCA for the component quality issues reported from the assembly line, route to concerned supplier and ensure closure through 8D. • Support assembly line for sorting, rework, replacement/ return of the rejection in collaboration with warehouse, logistics and suppliers. • Conduct RTS (Review Technical Specification) in PLM to identify the design errors/lack of information on product drawings. • Facilitate supplier in PPAP process, give training to supplier person on regard of PPAP. • Review the supplier’s critical processes and assure critical items are within control. • Conduct Supplier Annual Audits and ensure all suppliers sustain qualified. • Conduct Business Management Reviews with suppliers (Supplier presentations, monitor actions). • Drive a “Zero Defect” mentality within the supply base. • Communicate engineering and manufacturing specifications to supplier technical teams and ECN management. • Add value to the warranty analysis, and document COPQ and debit suppliers.
