WHO I AM I have extensive experience managing all aspects of the clinical supply chain for biopharma and health tech companies to maximize efficiency and compliance. WHAT I DO I started my career in biologics manufacturing and production planning at Cell Genesys and have gradually held higher positions at Gilead Sciences, Portola Pharmaceuticals, and Verily Life Sciences (Google [X] Life Sciences). I led the clinical demand planning and asset management team at Verily. As such, I owned the clinical supply management organization focusing on solutions for CNS and cardiovascular diseases. I directed the team to manage supplies for 40+ clinical studies, as well as oversaw international distribution and logistics. SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS • Built and scaled clinical supply management organizations and develop teams to manage clinical supply chain activities. • Spearheaded development of a clinical supply lifecycle management dashboard, rolled out demand forecasting system to centralize demand from clinical study for supply planning, and implemented ERP and SRM to automate inventory and supplier management. • Established clinical supply chain team and centralized clinical demand & operations planning. • Created a demand forecast model to consolidate investigational drug supply planning to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
