Supporting sales for local and intercompany

Managing building pumps order to cash (Project based, B2B & B2C): • Receiving PO & generating the order confirmations • Follow up the issuance of down payment invoice orders to the finance team • Request for quotations, creating PO to local & international vendors including Wilo Group factories (import handling), counterchecking the PO in terms of specification, pricing, payment, delivery terms, and delivery date. • Checking & updating inventory stocks for building services residential pumps segment regularly • Maintaining order data, monitoring order status, and backlog • Scheduling vendors & forwarders to dispatch goods from factories or ports to the warehouse or direct to customers • Working closely to sales & warehouse logistic team to conform projects schedule, customer needs, goods assembly & delivery schedule • Act as a customer service, assist customer for warehouse visits, providing documents according to customer's inquiries such as certificate of origin, certificate of manufacturing, warranty letter, and several sales issues. • Job costing for all the finish goods before deliver to customers

• Updating the price changes, cost details, and setting the products budget • Receiving request for quotation (RFQ) and make the quotations • Reporting monthly amount of sales • Provide finish goods sales forecast based on information from customers • Establish good relationship, organize and submit the required administrative documents to customers • Collaborate to the other divisions including New Model, Purchasing, Factory Planning, Delivery, and Quality to fulfill change request from customers

Responsible for Customer Relationship Management (CRM): • Making quotation to customers to offer goods at a stated price, under specified conditions • Prepare documents, document filling, invoicing, and input data to system Responsible for Internal Supply Chain Management (ISCM): • Planning and updating production schedule to fulfill customers' requests according to production capacity • Collaborate with the Process Production team about the target production result from each day • Cooperate with the Quality Control team for the incoming test of raw materials and post-production test results of products before sending them to customers • Notify the Delivery team about the delivery schedule of products and information on trucking • Coordinate stock-taking packaging and materials to the Warehouse team to make sure the real inventory stock is in balance with the system once a month • Analyzing the stock gaps by tracing all the production and delivery schedule

Responsible for creating and updating the company's database, offering services to the other business entity / companies, establishing good relations, and cooperation with partners.

Besides discovering the overall business process of the company, I was also responsible for making reports about the Overall Equipment Effectiveness and Six Big Losses of Raw Mill, Rotary Kiln, Cement Mill A, B, and C Plant 9 Cirebon
