− Analyser le besoin en recrutement et le profil recherché avec le Manager − Proposer des stratégies de recherche et élaborer des plans pour identifier des candidats potentiels − Construire et gérer un plan de chasse ou une stratégie de recherche à partir des différentes méthodes et outils de sourcing envisageables afin d’identifier les candidats − Mener des recherches documentaires sur les secteurs d'activité et les fonctions ciblées − Rechercher les candidats potentiels en appliquant les méthodes établies − Prendre contact avec les candidats, les évaluer et sélectionner les meilleurs − Présenter les principales missions, les enjeux et le profil du poste aux candidats − Créer et mettre à jour les tableaux de chasse de la base de données, sources documentaires et reporting − Rédiger les commentaires candidats et transmettre les plus pertinents à son Manager − Etablir des relations privilégiées avec un réseau de candidats − Rendre compte de l'état d'avancement de la mission − Mettre tout en oeuvre pour atteindre les objectifs fixés par la hiérarchie

• Select and interview potential candidates for positions in the housekeeping department and the café • Filing • Explain the contract to all new staff and get them to sign it • Entering staff details on MYOB • Assisting other members of the management team when needed including the directors • Placing orders for amenities when required

• Roster of all staff • Work load distribution between members of the staff • Liaison between the hotel front desk and the housekeeping staff including the supervisors • Releasing of clean rooms into the system once they are cleaned • Customer service • Managing all staff • Making sure the premises were kept clean at all times and observing health and safety recommendations

• Checking rooms/ apartments after housekeeping staff have cleaned • Reporting any maintenance or damage to the office coordinator of the housekeeping department • Releasing clean rooms before the checking time of 2p.m • Making a report about each room/ apartment regarding cleanliness and damages. • Debriefing the staff on their performance

• Cleaning hotel rooms and apartments to a high standard including vacuuming, mopping, dusting • Report any issues in the room/ apartment to the housekeeping supervisor

• Supervise the work of 20 Tele marketing agents • Preparing the roster for the staff • Working with the Marketing Manager on new campaigns • Advocate for my staff • Distributing work load for each staff • Training of both new and existing staff member

• Calling existing customers for surveys or upgrade of their service • Testing and giving feedback about new campaigns to the direct supervisor
