I build and run systems that deliver consistent, high-quality food production at scale. At Frutty Fro Yo, we produce Greek yogurt using fresh local milk with no preservatives. This is more of an operational constraint than a marketing angle but this defines how our business is built. Without shortcuts or extended shelf life, consistency comes down to execution. Every batch must meet the same standard, regardless of volume, pressure, or external variables. I take full ownership of that outcome. My role is to design and manage operations that perform reliably under all conditions. This includes control over raw material sourcing, production processes, hygiene standards, and facility discipline. Every part of the system is structured for repeatability and accountability. I also work closely with the commercial side of the business, ensuring that what is produced is reflected accurately at shelf level. Strong operations and strong market execution go hand in hand. I focus on fundamentals, because that’s what scales. Strong processes, clear standards, and disciplined execution are what allow growth without compromising product integrity. I work with a long-term view. Sustainable brands are built on consistency and trust and not positioning alone.
