* Work based on SAP system * Performing MEC activities (Material Ledger Close, payroll calculation, cycles (P&L, BS, Cost centers), HFM reporting, sales report. * Balance Sheet Accounts Reconciliation * Preparing reconciliation between SAP and HFM (reporting tool) * Uploading and preparing Forecasts and AOP based on data from site * Monthly calls with Plant Finance Manager – monitor the status of issues * Providing necessary data for Auditors (PWC)

* The main process executive of EPAL project * Administration and office cases (e-mails and classic correspondences) * Arranging and participation in business meetings * Attended in conferences and public consultations * Running the secretariat

* Work based on SAP system kernel SBO + * Regular contacts with foreign client (Hungarian unit) * Perform activities related to month end closing like a:revaluation, Balance sheet account reconciliation, profit & lost, preparation reports/statements, control payment obligations of customers/vendors, supervision for postings, internal control standards, etc. * Reporting to BCS consolidation tool * Recon between SAP and BCS * Coordination and conducting training for SBO + program (SAP Business One)
