At Rubrik, I have defined & delivered the data strategy (Reporting, Master data management, Adv Analytics and all facets of Data) and partner with cross functional Business leaders to enable data driven decision making. At rubrik, I have built a team of full stack Data engineers at Palo Alto & Bangalore offices. Data strategy at Rubrik is centered around the following principles: Near real time data availability, Data centralization & Enabling self service. We have defined 40+ key performance metrics which is used to measure and run all Business functions. These include: - Marketing: measuring Campaign performance, Lead conversions, Pipe generation - Sales: In Quarter and out quarter pipeline management (Overall Coverage + Coverage at Region, Country level), Territory & Account planning, - Finance: Bookings plan tracking by Historical attainment compassion, Linearity, etc. - People: we have models to ensure our hiring is measured to ensure we hit our Diversity metrics. - Product & Engg: Customer telemetry and product utilization metrics

Responsible for the "Near real time" Enterprise Data landscape running on SAP HANA (Hot + Warm Data) coupled with Hadoop infrastructure (Cold Data + Big data). Also, responsible for the Master Data Management systems for Customer, product, Contact and Vendors. Proudly led a team of 120+ passionate individuals located across US (Palo Alto (HQ), Austin), Costa Rica & India (Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune) who were self-driven and motivated. Hand picked the team along the way, coached & mentored them to become future technologists & leaders. My team supports 12000+ users across the enterprise - Sales, Marketing, BU's, Partner, Bookings, Renewals, Entitlement, Finance, HR, GSS. Parterned with Cross functional Business & IT leaders to deliver programs which helped scale VMware from a 1B+ company to a 8B+ company today.
