- Managing team of Crew Coordinators and Crewing Administrators - Actively participating in the company’s recruitment process including providing final hiring decision. - Conducting onboarding process and providing initial guidance for junior colleagues - Overseeing day-to-day operations and supporting team members in their daily activities - Managing personal growth of the team members by organizing regular 1:1s and creating individual development or improvement plans - Delegating assignments and setting clear team goals during team meetings - Identifying and implementing process improvements connected to its efficiency and quality - Ensuring good communication between the team and stakeholders from multiple depart-ments

- Coordinating offshore employees working on drilling rigs - Handling daily communication with Rig Management (both offshore and onshore) - Maintaining close cooperation with Location HR and Headquarters HR departmentto guar-antee all processes are handled in line with company’s HR policies - Ensuring that the designated units are always manned in accordance with the organization’s requirements - Identifying and arranging urgent covers incompliance to the station bill - Collaborating with Training Team in order to ensure proper certificates coverage - Managing all practicalities to facilitate crew changes and support travel activities - Supervising and taking ownership for activities related to legal formalities for offshore per-sonnel (e.g., visa, work permits) - Keeping the HR systems and all relevant files up to date.

- Supporting Crew Coordinators with offshore employee's data updates to SAP system - Assisting Crew Coordinator with creating Audit documents and various reports (SAP and Excel) - Administering transfer requests of offshore crew members - Creating purchase orders for subcontractors’ services in IFS system - Managing ad-hoc administrative requests
