I am working in BOE Technology Group, a global top display technology player in consumer electronic area, I am assuming Manager of BOEE Institute, based in Frankfurt Germany. As an expert in BOE, I have 12 years’ experience in display technology, including 5 years R&D background, 2 years Project Planning and Strategy Planning experience, 5 years oversea innovation and cooperation business. For innovation and cooperation business，I am in charge of searching technology companies, start-ups, institutes and universities, to collaborate. Technology analysis and report, on special technology directions or topics, even industrial chain, I make full-scale analysis on technology trend and market trend, to hatch new technologies and companies. I have experience of project and team management, Certified PMP by USA PMI, Certified trainer on Project Management by BOE Group. I worked as PM of two Group-Level Projects, worked as key Project Leaders on 16 R&D Projects, in charge of Cell Process and optical design; I was a manager of Project Planning department for 2 years, and worked as a member of Strategy Planning commission of BOE CTO organization.
