• Develop and deliver innovative and effective employer brand strategies and action plans to promote the company in Ukraine as an employer choice for staff and prospective hires through digital, offline, and other communication formats and programs. • Set up and manage an internet marketing system to promote job openings and career opportunities at the company. • Undertake and implement Employer Brand and recruitment advertising initiatives from concept to completion in a timely manner. • Expand the company's online presence on different employment sites, developing creative ways to draw prospective employees to the company's job landing pages and identifying new recruitment opportunities through social media.

• Develop business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives • Lead, motivate, develop and manage a professional team • Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission • Present company to sponsors and investors • Produce and manage projects with public organizations, international grants, universities, government authorities, top businessmen, artists and charitable foundations. • Event manage and produce "SKOVORODA Fest", a series of concerts of young Ukrainian musicians • Have been invited to more than 30 lectures across the country about new media and media business as an expert

• Develop and coordinate the content of radio shows • Host daily show and interview top state authorities (prime minister, etc)
