Serve as the central champion for artificial intelligence at NERC. Lead the development and execution of NERC’s AI Vision, Strategy, and Roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Represent NERC AI in key governance and strategic groups, establishing and growing the NERC AI team and its resources, and partnering with leadership to identify and prioritize AI opportunities across the enterprise. Collaborate with NERC’s Data and Analytics team to strengthen the organization’s data posture. Promote organizational change management related to AI adoption, provide education and training on the safe and responsible use of AI tools, and develop communications to enhance awareness and engagement around AI initiatives.

Establish and direct strategic long-term business process improvements and ensure successful decision support tool development for NERC in its role as the North American Electric Reliability Organization (ERO).

Worked with industry leaders to identify and quantify risks to the reliability of the bulk power system, such that those risks could be properly considered in the development of the ERO's workplan and priorities.

Led a team of standards development professionals to work in close collaboration with industry experts and stakeholders, ultimately delivering quality Reliability Standards developed through a consensus-based process.

Oversight of standards development and coordination of associated business practices with the North American Energy Standards Board.
