About
I’ve spent my career inside servicing operations where performance is measured daily, pressure is constant, and decisions carry real consequences. That experience shapes how I think about servicing today. Not as a function, but as a system, one that has to balance customer experience, portfolio performance, regulatory expectations, and investor confidence, all at the same time. Over the years, I’ve worked across consumer and specialty finance platforms supporting auto, unsecured, and other asset classes, with a focus on how servicing holds up through scale, stress, and transition. The common thread is simple: what works in theory rarely works the same way in production. My perspective is grounded in a few principles: Servicing only works when operations, technology, and data are aligned Growth exposes weaknesses, strong platforms are built to absorb it Clean onboarding and clear controls matter more than speed Reporting should stand up to scrutiny, not just satisfy a requirement Execution discipline is what ultimately drives portfolio performance Today, I spend most of my time working with lenders, fintechs, and capital providers as they evaluate, design, or evolve their servicing strategies. That may involve selecting and structuring servicing relationships, pressure-testing operating models, or aligning servicing capabilities with growth and capital objectives. The conversations tend to start commercially, but they only move forward if the operational reality holds up. I’m typically brought into situations where there’s complexity, growth pressure, or risk exposure, where the question isn’t just who to partner with, but what will actually work once it’s live.
