Atualmente sou responsável pelas organizações de engenharia dos produtos Kubernetes, Container Registry na Magalu Cloud. Lidero os coordenadores desses times e conduzo o capacity planning anual, a definição dos principais entregáveis e a estratégia técnica de longo prazo. Atuo em parceria com stakeholders de produto e plataforma para priorizar a execução, equilibrando confiabilidade, escala, segurança e velocidade de entrega. Além da atuação em liderança, sigo bastante próximo da parte técnica, participando de discussões de arquitetura, gestão de incidentes críticos, análise de causa raiz e decisões técnicas complexas. Também sou responsável pela definição de SLIs, SLOs e SLAs dos produtos da Magalu Cloud.

Atuo como líder do time responsável pelo desenvolvimento dos produtos Kubernetes e Container Registry na primeira grande nuvem pública brasileira. Minha experiência envolve desde o desenho de arquiteturas e definição de estratégias de operação em larga escala, suportando milhares de máquinas virtuais, gestão direta de 10 profissionais, incluindo contratação, formação de talentos, acompanhamento de carreira e criação de um ambiente de alta performance. Sou responsável por responder a incidentes críticos, alinhar decisões técnicas com objetivos de negócio e garantir a evolução contínua da plataforma com foco em escala, confiabilidade, segurança e excelência técnica. As a Squad Lead, I manage and execute innovative digital projects encompassing areas such as traceability, the Internet of Things (IoT), cloud computing, and other emerging technologies. I also have a strong focus on cloud solution architecture, designing and implementing efficient and scalable strategies to optimize IT infrastructure. My responsibilities include designing software architecture, developing code, monitoring project progress, assigning tasks to available resources, and ensuring timely delivery within the defined scope. Additionally, I serve as the point of contact between the team and IT management or external clients, ensuring clear and effective communication. With my experience and technical skills, I aim to drive digital transformation and innovation, creating efficient and high-impact solutions to meet the needs of our clients and partners.

Selected from 14,000 applicants to a group of 8 people for the position of Trainee in one of the largest energy groups in the country. I had the opportunity to have a systemic view of the operation of large corporations, learn about automation for the energy sector and develop methodologies for monitoring complaints from large customers in order to automate processes.

Development of software capable of processing analogue signals from a device used to diagnose epilepsy. The software was developed on the MATLAB platform. During this stage, the startup had a contribution of 6 million euros.
