Belo is a crypto/fiat currency trade app startup. Based in Argentina Scaled the organization from 15 to 40+ employees across Product, Engineering, QA, Marketing, UX/UI and CX roles. Built the People function from scratch in a fully remote and async-first environment, establishing HR processes and internal policies. Designed and implemented key people programs including performance management, employee lifecycle frameworks, compensation & benefits, and culture initiatives. Partnered with leadership to strengthen employee experience and support a rapidly growing team. Supported leadership through an organizational restructuring process during market instability in the crypto industry.

ModernGridApp is a SaaS startup company that upgrades Salesforce CRM - Based in Argentina and the US Built HR operations from scratch in a hybrid workplace merging two startups. Designed and executed people strategy, communication, cultural transformation, and team-building programs. Partnered closely with leadership to shape the employee journey and foster a collaborative, high-impact culture. Supported leadership during company closure after business results did not meet projected forecasts.

BT Group spin-off in LATAM Led HR transition after the spin-off from BT Group, supporting organizational change and the establishment of new HR operations for the South Cone region - ensuring continuity of HR services and minimal disruption to employees and regional operations. Oversaw HR operations including payroll, KPI reporting, and employee relations across multiple LATAM countries. Championed digital HR transformation initiatives using Agile methodologies. Partnered with regional leadership to strengthen culture and employee experience following the organizational restructuring.

Key Responsibilities Partnered closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and define effective recruitment strategies. Managed the full recruitment lifecycle end-to-end: workforce planning, job postings, sourcing (LinkedIn, job boards, internal database), screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, background and reference checks, offer management, and onboarding. Designed and delivered training programs to support employee development and capability building. Led the Performance Management cycle, supporting leaders through goal setting, feedback and evaluation processes. Developed and maintained HR analytics dashboards, reporting on key metrics such as headcount, turnover, vacancy fulfillment, training hours, labor cost, absenteeism, and lost time injury frequency rates. Managed and oversaw the HR annual budget.

I took part successfully of the migration and start-up of "People" team from the Share Service Center in Brazil to Buenos Aires, being trained by the local experts and then transferred the knowledge to the rest of the Team in Buenos Aires. The new team gives support to the HR Team based in Labatt, Canada (Company that belongs to AB-Inbev).
