I am an Associate at the Uniondale, New York office of Harris Beach, PLLC. I practice in the Medical and Life Sciences Industry Team and the Intellectual Property Law Practice Group. I counsel clients in the nutritional supplement and related industries on compliance with FDA and FTC regulations including the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act. I advise clients on a variety of issues including advertising and marketing claim substantiation, import detention matters, allergen declaration requirements and pre-litigation risk assessment.
