Andrea G. Montagna
Chief Executive Officer
About
I’m a global CEO and board member with over 25 years of experience driving transformation, growth, and value creation across branded, private label, CPG, and fresh food businesses in the U.S. and Europe. I’ve led PE-backed, private, and publicly traded companies through complex turnarounds and strategic shifts, combining operational discipline with bold vision, customer focus, and cultural change. I currently serve as CEO of Greenyard USA / Seald Sweet, where I’m leading a PE-backed growth strategy for one of the oldest citrus companies in the U.S., now part of a global fresh and prepared produce group. In parallel, I serve on the Board of MIC Food Group, a family-owned food business, where I support the owners and management team on strategy, governance, growth, and long-term value creation, particularly around professionalization, scale, and succession planning. Previously, I served as President & CEO of Bonduelle Americas and Bonduelle Italy, where I built high-performing executive teams, delivered significant performance improvement, and led the successful B Corp certification process, aligning business results with ESG principles. Earlier in my career, I held leadership roles at Bolton Group and Henkel, leading multi-country P&Ls and gaining deep international experience across sales, marketing, and general management. I’m passionate about building engaged, high-impact teams and partnering with founders, boards, growers, and global retailers to align people, strategy, and culture for lasting impact. I continue to be open to select board and advisory roles where I can contribute meaningfully to growth, transformation, or succession.
