- Lead and supervise two colleagues in the Fraud Risk Management team - Involved in building up the fraud risk management policy and practice before the virtual Bank enters into operation - Involved in the design of customer journey related to anti-fraud controls - Review design of new products and relevant system functional specifications from fraud risk management's perspective - Propose and manage enhancements of the anti-fraud system to fit business needs - Design system testing plans and cases, and supervise a contractor to complete testing tasks - Monitors fraud alerts and investigate suspicious cases - Communicates with regulator and auditor on the Bank's fraud risk management matters

- Manage new product approval and product review processes - Review private banking sub-product and supplier due diligence and recommend for approval - Review product due diligence documents, policies and procedures from ORM perspective - Assist business units to use KRI and LDC to identify, assess, monitor and control operational risk

- Core Banking System Migration Project (Overseas Branches) - reporting system requirement analysis, data conversion analysis, UAT coordination - Transaction Monitoring System Enhancement Project - system solution design with Thomson Reuters for new regulatory requirements, source data interface design, UAT scenario design - MIS report requirement analysis for overseas branches

- Core Banking System Migration Project - project management, requirement analysis, UAT planning, data conversion analysis, user access matrix design - Data Warehouse Implementation - in-house built system with .Net MVC framework and MS SQL, database table schema and ETL design, requirement analysis - SharePoint Implementation - in-house built document management and collaboration platform, requirement analysis, system configuration, user training - IT compliance and risk assessment

- Perform trade operations for letter of credit, bills, documentary collection, invoice discounting, risk participation etc.

- Perform loan and credit operations - Prepare regulatory and management reports
