The Creative Services Manager works closely with the VP of Design and Art Directors to supervise designers' workflow and manage the resources of the Design Studio. This position is accountable for maintaining the design studio and Art Directors billable time, trafficking studio projects, as well as developing and managing resource grids. The CSM will also regularly meet with the other groups to discuss resource issues, talent and proactively assess and evaluate the need to have cohesion between all teams

At Invision Communications I spent 12 yrs working in the production department.I began as a production assistant and after years of on the job training in the field, I was promoted into the role of Senior Event Producer. As a Senior Event Producer, I was committed to ensuring that my clients’ objectives and messaging goals were effectively delivered in all production elements. I worked directly with clients & an Executive Producer in assembling and managing the creative and dedicated team to deliver appropriate communication solutions for their programs. My clients over the years have been some of the Bay Areas top Fortune 500 companies. Oracle, NetApp, Genentech & Cisco to name a few. My scope of responsibilities included the production of general sessions, breakouts, venue, and vendor organization, budget creation and management. I also possesses significant technical knowledge for staging, projection and multi media presentations.
