Supporting senior management, lines of business and functional departments with ESG/CR competitive analysis including metrics, data capture and benchmarking, and in communicating ESG/CR shared value and performance to key stakeholders including clients, prospects and regulators. Conducting and/or supporting CEO and business colleagues with ESG-related investor and client meetings and presentations. Appointed to the Human Resources Leadership Team (top department leaders across the company). Advisory board member for leading ESG initiatives and guest lecturer and panelist at various conferences and institutions including Columbia University, Yale University, The Conference Board and CECP Strategic Investor Initiative CEO Investor Forum. Participant on internal and external ESG/CR-related committees that work to advance the CR and ESG disciplines. Named to The Responsible 100, the top 100 corporate responsibility professionals in the state of New York. Co-authored (with Columbia University’s Professor Bose) ESG data paper published in the Yale Journal of Environmental Investing.

Charged with the integration of corporate responsibility into business operations throughout the enterprise. Client liaison responsible to ensure client satisfaction and that client needs are represented internally. Co-owner of consulting firm with oversight of the divisions offering marketing services to small and mid-sized businesses and fundraising and marketing services to non-profit organizations. Offered specialty in developing public-private partnerships as part of corporate social responsibility programs. Oversaw and carried out client services including corporate strategic partnerships, sponsorships and grants, website marketing (content, navigation, SEO), email marketing, online marketing (social media usage, etc.), cause-marketing, strategic and action plans, assessment and reporting, fundraising events, earned income, foundation appeals, and individual gifts. Also carried out client services including business process design and reengineering for both non-profit and for profit organizations. Oversaw governance, corporate filings and bookkeeping and co-managed operational planning and marketing for this boutique business.

Managed company's corporate social responsibility including conception and design of company's commitment to the William J. Clinton Foundation, Clinton Global Initiative. Oversight of stakeholder engagement, company-wide client accounts, client relations, personnel management, operations, marketing and business development. Client service and project management for select client accounts. Advised President on operations, services models, expansion, revenue streams and personnel. Raised over $2M for clients, instituted new services, and significantly increased client base/revenue.

Provided marketing and market research services for Benjamin for U.S. Senate, The State of NY Department of Banking, Early Childhood Strategic Group (reports were published and results were applied to NYC Department of Education infrastructure development for new state public-private partnership mandate).
