* Responsible for coordinating recruiting activities across all LGI markets including Texas, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, New Mexico, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Colorado. * Create, post, and monitor all job descriptions and open positions. * Collect and review all incoming resumes to identify qualified candidates. * Conduct candidate pre-screenings via phone interview. * Conduct comprehensive interviews in place of hiring managers as requested. * Solely responsible for the organization of 3-5 Recruiting Events per quarter. * Coordinate all Recruiting Event advertising, attendees, logistics, and materials. * Attend Recruiting Events to assist in set up and interviews. * Conduct reference checks for selected candidates as needed. * Update and maintain the LGI Homes Careers website and LinkedIn page. * Directly correspond with Division Presidents regarding hiring needs. * Interact with applicants to deliver positive candidate experiences through timely communication and follow through.

* Participant in Launch: Aon's Early Career Development Program. * Functioned as a member of Aon Hewitt’s Human Resources Business Process Outsourcing segment. * Engaged in multiple projects promoting Aon Hewitt’s People, Process, and Technology initiatives. * Facilitated and supported employee on-boarding sessions. * Developed and facilitated various system training programs. * Performed client time study analysis in order to identify opportunities for capacity creation. * Accountable to generate weekly report of business unit headcount to senior leadership. * Participated in campus recruiting as well as assisted in candidate site visit events.

* Reviewed and conducted initial screening of applicant resumes * Engaged with applicants to schedule and gather additional pertinent information * Shadowed department personnel through candidate interviews * Directly participated in career fairs * Implemented projects and planned activities to improve the company intern program

* Supported 220 * new hires in 2015, and 240 * in 2016. * Hired new Recruiting Department personnel. * Researched and implemented a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS). * Implemented a redesign of the LGI Homes careers website (Workforlgihomes.com). * Developed standard recruiting processes and procedures. * Created a comprehensive Recruiting Department Manual.
