A proud middle child in a combined family of 10 children, I am thankful for tree-climbing, rain, smoothies, academia, and our multi-cultural USA, and am dedicated to the cause of preventative medicine and increased implementation of prevention-oriented health policies. Both of my parents and almost all of my friends are entrepreneurs; while I deeply enjoy dabbling in the private sector, I ultimately hope to employ the tactics of effective business-building and creating financial win-win situations into my work in health policy. My strength and absolute pleasure is inter-personal communication. I am good mediator, very capable of negotiation, and enjoy my current sales job. My life goal is to increase the popularity and adaption of preventative medicine and healthy lifestyle habits in America, and influence national healthcare policy in a way that incentivizes more behavior change and includes clauses that work to prevent chronic disease development in communities.
