At Gagen, I work closely with Fortune 100 companies to develop and implement change management and communications strategies that enhance their culture and help them meet critical business goals. Most notably, I supported a global pharmaceutical company as they integrated their people, processes and systems in several markets around the globe following an acquisition. I was responsible for leading change and communications for five markets as they guided their workforce through the transition and worked to deliver a single face and brand to patients and customers. Gagen MacDonald is a people-focused consulting firm that helps companies transform through culture, communication, leadership and design.

While at AXIS, I was involved with drafting and delivering key internal communications such as communications from leaders, newsletters, intranet articles and company-wide updates. I served as a key partner across several functions such as HR, IT and our business partners in insurance. As part of my role, I was also responsible for leading and managing our employee recognition platform, executing employee engagement events and campaigns, supporting corporate philanthropic initiatives and leveraging communications to promote and build awareness for the newly-formed DEI Council. AXIS Capital provides specialty insurance and reinsurance services to customers around the globe. Employee engagement is a key focus for AXIS with 2,000 employees across 17 countries representing the firm.

During my time as a director at PRLab, I oversaw four account teams and worked with them to ensure they were producing high-quality deliverables that met the needs of the client. I was also responsible for relationship management with clients by resolving issues that were escalated to me and checking in regularly to ensure their satisfaction. As a Director of Special Events, I was also tasked with planning PRLab's annual and award-winning event, PRoBono. The event is a philanthropic initiative in which volunteers help create a one-night-only pop-up PR agency and work tirelessly through the night to provide deliverables for non-profit clients. PRLab is the nation's oldest student-run public relations agency located at Boston University. At the award winning agency, students work with a variety of clients in a team-focused, agency setting. I also worked on designing graphics for the website and promotional materials. My time at AuraPlayer allowed me to learn more about B2B marketing and the technology industry. The experience I gained in speaking to potential customers has remained critical in delivering exceptional client service in roles within and outside of the technology industry. Keyholder
Sweet Cupcakes
Greater Boston Area
At Sweet, I had both front-of-house and back-of-house responsibilities. When I wasn't running around making sure the store was clean and my customers were happy, I was answering phones, checking emails, taking client orders, fulfilling orders, planning delivery routes, and making sure our other locations weren't having any trouble. My favorite thing about working at Sweet was being able to have both a customer service role while still tending to the operational aspects of the business. While my customer relationships were a big priority for me when we had visitors in the shop, it was equally important to ensure operational excellence so customers knew their orders and deliveries were being cared for with attention to detail even when they weren't in the store. Sweet Cupcakes was a Boston-based cupcake shop with 5 locations across Boston and Cambridge.
