- P&L owner at Yangshan Bonded warehouse and KXR non-bonded warehouse, organize monthly team meeting to analyze the Profit and Loss on various projects, take actions on loss part in order to get cost savings. - Participate in the MBR/QBR, collect requirements from customers and internally evaluate then take actions and follow up on improvements. - Internally collaborate with each functional dept. such as BC, BE, Solution, OKAM, HR, Sales. - Externally work as the key contact window with Customs, CIQ, Landlord, local authorities dept. etc. - Internally coordinate and allocate the resource in regards to Warehouse space/White and Blue collar resources/MHE/Temp labors etc. - From operation perspective to support the RFQ with Solution and Sales team. - Take lead and work with Customs affairs team to finalize the integration between WMS and New Customs system. - Overall be responsible for Warehouse WMS migration from old to new one, communicate with IT team on basis of operational requests and customer requests, instruct OP team to deploy the migration. - Support and communicate with Trucking supplier in order to achieve better service level for customer. - Leading Customer service team to deliver perfect service. - Other tasks assigned by Contract logistics Director.

- Take lead of the GO-LIVE of BVLGURI non-merchandise project in aspects of WMS implementation and warehousing - Participated in the Hermes WMS migration, communicate with Regional IT to define the new process and implement with team. - Process/flow optimization for Dior ecommerce, CK, NAOS by flow redefinition, warehouse layout adjustment, backup plan, training plan, automated labelling etc.

- In general charge of the whole logistics/warehousing activities in warehouse located in Shanghai Yangshan bonded zone, where contains 6 Clients who are specialized in the garments/fashion industry, including MaxMara/Antony Morato/Comei/EBE group/Trussardi/Brekka etc., report to Italian APAC operation director. - Well-known about the relevant customs & CIQ regulations in Shanghai FTZ, and work closely with the forwarder/customs broker/Client in order to proceed with order dispatching in an efficient/safe way. Proficient in import and export procedure in Yangshan Free Trade Zone. - Rich experience of WMS/ERP implementing, such as Red Prairie/M3 Smart Office/Astro, and familiar with the automated high bay warehouse integrated with ERP system/WMS/ Conveyor system/AGV system. - Rich local resource such as warehouse/customs broker/labor dispatching/transportation etc in the area of Yangshan FTZ. - Initiate and lead the improvement of transportation mode from air shipment to truck shipment to HK according to the specific requirement from Client, which was the first attempt and the positive result in Yangshan FTZ. - Manage and co-ordinate with the team/suppliers/broker/IT resource in different scenario so as to secure the positive operation result. Keep the team in a stable circumstances. - Solid experience of E-commerce, good knowledge of import from oversea/import to China market/domestic in (out) etc, and all workable inbound/outbound mode in FTZ.

-Lead, coach and develop a warehouse team with 30 co-workers (including after sales/redundant material handling team), be responsible for operation management for inbound/outbound/MO&CO picking/transfer both in internal and external warehouse -Initiate, lead and follow up performance and improvement within the area of responsibility, such as safety/operational quality&efficiency/ORF/stock accuracy/FIFO/5S etc. -Optimize and secure the warehouse operation process and define warehouse policies and work instructions -Be responsible for the competence development for the co-workers by means of different management tools such as seniority program/job chat/performance & development tools etc. -Facilities and equipment management (racks/forklift/scanner/lean lift etc.) -Be responsible for headcount and budget in warehouse -Leading team to co-operate with other dept. such as production/QC/maintenance/EG to secure the positive result -Other tasks such as the owner of all kinds of report/operation cost application etc. -Preferred working location: Yangshan Bonded zone or somewhere nearby

- Organize and supervise a warehouse team (8 people) from the beginning for a new retail client according to SOP including management of the warehouse personnel and 3rd party service provider - Ensure the timely daily operation including inbound/outbound to provide high quality service to customers and minimize service failure and customer complain - To be responsible for operational warehousing activities to achieve 100% inventory accuracy - Communicate with operation staff to make sure operation result under Standard operation procedure and meet client KPI standard - To monitor the warehouse related cost to ensure the cost effectiveness - To Coordinate with cross functional department (Customer service/Customs affairs/Local and Global IT/Client) to solve operational issues to ensure the smooth procedure - Be responsible for carrying out training sessions - Establish the staff performance bonus and implement - Other tasks such as staff work attendance report/Cost estimation report/Labor force cost report etc.

- Daily maintain and monitor SKU/Location/Pick face/Pick Sequence/Allocation algorithm etc. - Update activities reports and WMS system (Red Prairie) to make sure logistics activities running smooth with high accuracy - Propose improvement in process and communication to achieve better efficiency and better service - Daily problem-shooting from WMS perspective - Staff training to ensure the team members fully understand and compliance with SOP in daily job. - Customer service and operation supervisor task implementation

1. Be able to finish the task assigned on time and report in terms of progress on a regular basis. 2. Well familiar with the task for sourcing new material and new vendors, be able to have a good target to choose the right thing and have a good standard to eliminate those who are disqualified. 3.Be able to assist sourcing manager to handle over intricate cases, for example, investigation of raw materials cost, negotiation with vendors for better terms for BoConcept etc. 4.Being a good part to maintain the relationship between BoConcept and various vendors.

1. Good handling and execution at the MOVEX system. Well familiar of the system’s function and be able to handle intricate cases by using various function of MOVEX 2. Good communication with various vendors, well coordinating with colleagues for various shipments happening for BoConcept. Be able to have a big “picture” for BoConcept in terms of cost saving and optimization 3. Good communication with shipping agent, be able to handle urgent case in an efficient and nice way. Be willing to assistant vendors to communicate with shipping agent if necessary, thus build up a trustworthy relationship between BoConcept’s shipping agent and vendors. 4. In time when needed to help Denmark logistic team to handle urgent cases
